I am planning to stay healthy by working out every day throughout the holidays. I run a lot, and do quite a bit of lifting and plyos at the gym. I will enjoy some desserts at parties, but will eat in moderation. I follow you on Twitter and have liked your FB page.
ReplyDeleteMy plans for staying healthy and fit throughout next year begin by me focusing on myself and not what others expect of me. I don't have any set goals as of yet, as I want to live more in the moment and try lots of new things, instead of being tied down to a specific training plan for a specific event. I do plan to participate in indoor and outdoor national archery championships, which will require me to stay fit and strong and emotionally calm (can't shoot well when stressed!).
ReplyDeleteI'm giving it my best shot for next year! I just completed one year of exercising and hope for many more. I want to stay on track with eating clean and get to the gym at least 3 times a week. It's also my last year in school, so I know there will be schedule challenges to overcome. So, I plan to get a workout in at home when my days are too busy. I am blessed with great support and with pages like yours! "All things are possible through Christ Who strengthens me!" Be blessed :) ~Nancy from FitLife in Christ (Facebook)
ReplyDeleteI plan on continuing with my Active Living group & my at home workouts.
ReplyDeleteLike you on both.
ReplyDeleteMy plan to stay fit and healthy next year is the same way I have lost 40 pounds this year..through clean eating and regular exercise. I have recently found weight lifting and fallen in love. Although my weight has not changed much my body has. I am going to work more with weights and leave cardio strictly for my races. I also have a goal to run my first half marathon next year. Can't wait!
I like/follow you on both!
ReplyDeleteMy plan to stay fit is to track what I am eating and knowing that I have to be in shape to teach my bootcamp and toning classes!
My plan is to continue with my running and going to gym. I've maintained a 45 pound weight loss for the past 7 years and refuse to go back. Lately, it has been difficult for me as injuries seem to be hindering my training but trying to stay motivated and watch what I eat.
ReplyDeleteI'm completing my first 5k in February! I have upped my bootcamp to 5 days a week with 3 of those days going twice a day. I'm starting 30 day shred today, and plan to continue finding new forms of fitness! I have gone from my highest of 200 down to my current of 174 and plan to go even lower! My goal for the first half of 2013 is to get my body fat to %25 and I will do that by eating clean!... and to also become A SPA!

Plans to stay fit and healthy include making further use of our new juicer by trying out some recipes with kale! Also, coming back from a running injury slowly and patiently so that I can get back on track and sign up for some fun races.

I plan on staying fit and healthy by running, cross training on the bike, and planking!

I'm planning on staying fit by continuing my running and strength training. I am also going to start doing crossfit!! I have about 6 5ks already lined up for next year :)
ReplyDeleteA little backstory....at the beginning of 2012 (January 14th to be exact) I weighed 319.2lbs...and started my journey towards getting fit and living a healthy lifestyle. It is almost 11 months later and I am down 95lbs, hoping to make it at least 100lbs by my year anniversary! This Saturday I will be running in my first ever 5k and I am really excited about that. My plans for 2013 include losing the rest of these overweight pounds....and continuing to get fit with lots of great food and amazing exercise!
ReplyDeleteI plan to stay fit by running with my husband. We are training for our second half marathon!
ReplyDeleteSo cute, I would love to wear this to the gym when I run on the track!! I have ran three marathons, and am hoping to get in another one next fall. I have been lifting three times a week, taking kettlebell classes, and running about 4 times a week. Hoping to get stronger and faster over the winter!
ReplyDeleteI am trying to really focus on what I am eating without depr1ving myself. I need to make this a lifestyle, not just another diet. I am also alternating an aerobic workout with pilates, 3x a week for each
ReplyDeleteI love challenges! This year, every month, I signed up for some sort of challenge to keep me healthy (ie clean eating, ab workouts, running, etc) It kept things fun and interesting for me all year long! I plan on doing the same thing next year to stay healthy :)
ReplyDeleteMy 2013 goal is my first marathon... To get there, I continue to run 5 days a week, strength train and bike!! The holidays are no exception! This Mom needs to be Fierce!
ReplyDeleteI am going to continue to eat healthy and train at D1 fitness. I am on my second 6 week cycle of Quick Fit a program they have geared towards losing weight and toning. It is 5 days a week. It is basically a cross fit program. Right now is very modified and I want to continue to overcome some of the modification and eventually be able to run instead of walk, etc. Then after completing this cycle a few more times, I want to eventually build up to doing the boot camps. Also, want to eventually transition to eating more clean.
ReplyDeletei plan on staying healthy by eating cleaner, drinking plenty of water, getting a good night rest every night and exercising at least 5 days a week, mixing strength training and cardio.
ReplyDeleteI liked your page and follow you on twitter. I plan on running 13 half marathons in 2013. I think the training will keep me on track.

I plan to train for my first half marathon this next year!
ReplyDeleteI plan on staying healthy by running in as many races as I can throughout the year, especially my first half marathon to celebrate one year of running in February at the Disney Princess Half Marathon!
ReplyDeleteLike you on FB! Originally I have planned on staying dedicated to #RWRunStreak but I had to bow out because my knees couldn't take the daily pounding. So my main plan is to stay dedicated to my workout schedule of 5x a week and be very mindful of holiday snacking! Snack smart! Measure out my snack portions and prep!!

DeleteI am going to continue staying healthy by eating well and continuing to exercise (run, lift weights, cross train, yoga, etc.). Healthy eating and exercise are what I do and part of who I am so I won't have a problem doing it. Although I will not be able to lift heavy until after probably June because I am having a this Spring!
ReplyDeleteoops! ...a baby this Spring! :)
